These files are placed in the System Folder of the startup volume. Some install changes (or patches) to the standard Mac operating system. Remember to restart your Mac after installing or removing these files. The operation of these files may be controlled by accessing them through the Control Panel or Chooser, or from the Apple menu.

These files are demonstration versions of other commercial packages. The demos themselves have information on contacting the publishers to obtain those applications.

None of the software in this folder is backed up on floppies. Examine the files, and make your own backup copies of the software you wish to save.
